About Me:

Leslie is the Events & Space Coordinator serving both the University Honors Program (UHP) and Center for Educational Effectiveness (CEE) programs. Although she has lived in various cities such as Issaquah, WA and Alpharetta, GA, for short periods of time - Leslie is a California native spending most of her life in Northern California with her family. She has a background in hospitality and hotel management producing both corporate and social events for a broad client base. Her favorite part of event planning is watching attendees appreciate all the special details from the food, venue, and décor specially curated for the event.

How I work with Students:

I believe there is power in community bringing a sense of belonging, trust, and connection within the student body as they live, grow, and thrive as a collective. I am thrilled to produce events that are high-value, student-focused, and community-centered to the UHP program. Offering both academic and social events allows students to invest and grow in their academic careers as well as form life-long social connections thriving off shared commonalities and growing in unique experiences throughout their undergraduate journey.

Fun Facts About Me:

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my daughter riding bikes or swimming, family camping or road trips to new destinations with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews.
